Returns & Exchanges
We use standard UK sizes to assist you in selecting the perfect fit. If you need to exchange your pairs for a different size, please email us at Info@aafreen.in within 7 days. We do not process refunds or cancellations.

Exchanges are only available for another size of the same style. If your desired size is not available, you may exchange it for a different style of equal value.

Please note that pairs purchased at SALE prices are not eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping Policy
We provide FREE shipping on prepaid orders within India. You can expect your delivery to arrive within 5 to 8 working days after you place your order. We work with major delivery companies, but their service areas may not cover all locations. If your address is in an area they don’t serve, we’ll contact you to find another way to deliver your order. Please be aware that during festivals, bad weather, pandemics, or other issues, there might be delays. We will do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
